Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
Method
- Brown sausage in pan and pour off grease.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, celery and green pepper to sausage and simmer until tender.
- Wash rice and add to mixture in baking dish.
- Stir in soups.
- Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
- Stir occasionally.
- Serves 6.
