Ingredients
- 2 2 lbs kielbasa or 2 lbs bratwursts, halved lengthwise and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
Method
- Place sausage in a 3 1/2 or 4-quart slow cooker. In a small bowl stir together the barbecue sauce, orange juice, and mustard. Pour sauce mixture over sausage in cooker; stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 5 to 6 hours or on high-heat setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Serve with decorative toothpicks.
