Ingredients
- 3 1/2 to 4 lb. beef short ribs, deboned and cut into 2-inch pieces
- salt and pepper
- 1 bottle Heinz barbecue sauce with onions
- 1/4 c. orange or pineapple juice
- 1 Tbsp. orange rind or 2 sliced pineapple, drained and cut into small pieces
Method
- Prepare ribs in a pressure cooker according to the directions in cooker.
- Pour off fat.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Combine barbecue sauce with remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Baste well, bake an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve with hot rice.
- Serves 4 to 6.
