Ingredients
- 4 large vine ripened tomatoes (or canned if out of season)
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. snipped fresh cilantro leaves
- Tabasco sauce to taste (optional)
Method
- Core tomatoes and chop coarsely.
- Add onions, cilantro and spices.
- Mix well and let stand for at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
- Serve as a side dish.
