Ingredients

  • 4 whole Roma Tomatoes, Core Removed And Diced Small
  • 3 whole Green Onions, Sliced (Light And Dark Green Parts)
  • 1 whole Small Red Onion, Diced Small
  • 1 whole Serrano Pepper, Diced Small (Seeds And Ribs Remove If Desired)
  • 1 whole Large Clove Of Garlic, Smashed, Peeled And Minced
  • 1 whole Handful Of Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1/2 whole Lime, Juiced
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Method

  • Combine all ingredients into a large bowl.
  • Toss until all ingredients are mixed.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or on top of your favorite tacos!
