Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 bottle chunky salsa (mild or hot)
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
Method
- Drain salsa of extra juice.
- Add chopped tomato and green pepper.
- Spread softened cream cheese on round plate or platter. Spread salsa mixture on top of cream cheese.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Serve with crackers.
