Ingredients
- a 1/2 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- a 1 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- a 1 teaspoons honey
- a Salmon 1 lb (and thick)
- a Coarse salt and ground pepper
Method
- 1. Heat broiler. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, hoisin sauce, and honey.
- 2. Rinse salmon and pat dry. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment and spray with oil. Place salmon on lined rimmed baking sheet. Brush generously with glaze.
- 3. Broil salmon about 4 inches from the heat source, basting once, until opaque in center, 10 to 13 minutes.
