Ingredients
- 16 oz. can salmon, cleaned and drained
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish or to taste
- 2 Tbsp. fresh snipped parsley
Method
- Mix salmon and cream cheese; blend well.
- Add lemon juice, onion and horseradish.
- Mix until well blended.
- Can be shaped into log, ball, etc.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
- Chill, serve with crackers.
