Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. horseradish
Method
- Drain salmon, remove skin and bones and flake well.
- Add all other ingredients except pecans and parsley.
- Blend well and shape into log.
- Chill until firm.
- Serve with crackers.
