Ingredients
- 1 large can salmon
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
Method
- Remove bones and skin from salmon.
- Save juice from salmon. Mash salmon and add other ingredients.
- Stir well and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Use ring mold, if desired.
