Ingredients
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2/3 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- dash of pepper
Method
- Drain salmon, reserve 2 tablespoons liquid.
- Flake salmon and combine liquid and remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Shape into a loaf in a greased baking pan.
- Or place in a well-greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Serves 4 to 6.
