Ingredients

  • 7 oz cream cheese
  • 1 bunch fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 2 None spring onions, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 None English muffins, toasted, halved
  • 1.5 oz watercress, washed, picked
  • 8 slices smoked salmon
  • 4 None hard-boiled eggs, peeled, sliced
  • None None lemon wedges, to serve

Method

  • In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, dill, onions and lemon juice. Season. Spread over English muffins. Top with watercress, salmon and eggs. Serve with lemon wedges.
