Ingredients
- 7 oz cream cheese
- 1 bunch fresh dill, finely chopped
- 2 None spring onions, finely sliced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 None English muffins, toasted, halved
- 1.5 oz watercress, washed, picked
- 8 slices smoked salmon
- 4 None hard-boiled eggs, peeled, sliced
- None None lemon wedges, to serve
Method
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, dill, onions and lemon juice. Season. Spread over English muffins. Top with watercress, salmon and eggs. Serve with lemon wedges.
