Ingredients
- 2 (7 3/4 oz.) cans salmon, drained and deboned
- 1 egg
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. milk (just enough to moisten)
- 1 stay fresh pak saltine crackers, crushed
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Form into walnut size balls and deep fry 4 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Drain onto paper towels.
