Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Butter a 12 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish with 2 tablespoons butter or oleo.
- Clean salmon and break apart in a bowl.
- Stir in egg and cooked rice; add milk.
- Mix well.
- Pour into prepared pan and cover with coarsely crushed soda crackers (about 3/4 cup).
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
