Ingredients
- 5 lb. ground beef
- 4 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 2 tsp. black pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Cover and place in refrigerator. Knead every day for 4 days.
- Shape into loaves.
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 150° for 9 hours.
