- 2 cups Flour
- 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 cup Butter, Room Tempterature
- 1-1/2 cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Marshmallow Topping
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips
Method
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 in pan with nonstick spray.
- 2. In a bowl whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs and baking powder. In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Beat in eggs. On slow speed, beat in the flour mixture, adding a little at a time.
- 3. Divide dough in half and spread into the pan. Top with marshmallow topping. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Scatter remaining dough on top. There will be marshmallow and chocolate chips peeking out, but that is okay!
- 4. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Take out and cool. They cut easier if they are refrigerated for a little while!
