Ingredients
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 1 lg. instant vanilla pudding
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. cool water
- 1/2 c. dark 80 proof rum
Method
- Oven at 325 degrees.
- Grease and flour tube pan.
- Sprinkle nuts on bottom.
- Mix all cake ingredients - pour over nuts.
- Bake 1 hour.
- Cold.
- Prick top and drizzle glaze over.
- Decorate with cherries and frosting.
