Ingredients
- 1 Large ripe ruby grapefruit
- 1/2 cup ice-cold spring water
- 1/2 cup Plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey,such as mesquite
Method
- Cut the grapefruit into fourths,then pull off the peel and as much pith as possible.
- Discard any seeds.
- Put the grapefruit and water into a blender and process until smooth.
- Add the yogurt and honey and process again until combined.
- Pour into glasses, decorate with slices of grapefruit, and serve at once.
