Ingredients

  • 1 Large ripe ruby grapefruit
  • 1/2 cup ice-cold spring water
  • 1/2 cup Plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey,such as mesquite

Method

  • Cut the grapefruit into fourths,then pull off the peel and as much pith as possible.
  • Discard any seeds.
  • Put the grapefruit and water into a blender and process until smooth.
  • Add the yogurt and honey and process again until combined.
  • Pour into glasses, decorate with slices of grapefruit, and serve at once.
