Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. rice, cooked in beef broth or beef bouillon
Method
- Saute onions in butter until tender.
- Add rice, mushrooms and salt.
- Heat thoroughly.
- Fluff lightly with a fork.
- Makes six servings.
