Ingredients
- 1 lb. round steak (1-inch thick)
- 1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
- 1 can B & B mushrooms (including broth)
- 1/3 c. red wine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. margarine
Method
- Brush steak all over with Kitchen Bouquet.
- Heat oil in skillet; brown steak on both sides using moderate heat.
- Combine and add remaining ingredients.
- Cook, covered, over low heat until tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
