Ingredients
- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can of cream of coconut
- 1 8oz. container of cool whip
- 1 6oz. pfg. frozen coconut
- 1 cup of finely chopped pecans
Method
- Make cake according to box directions in 13 x9 pan. While cake is still hot, poke holes in cake and pour milk and cream of coconut over cake. Cool completely.(at this point cake can be frozen) Frost with cool whip, coconut and nuts.
