Ingredients
- 1 gal. chopped tomatoes
- 8 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 2 medium onions
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 sweet peppers
Method
- Mix together; bring to a boil and boil 10 minutes.
- Fill jars; process in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
- Makes 9 pints.
