Ingredients

  • 3 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 c. butter, softened
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (9 oz.) pkg. Rollos
  • sugar

Method

  • Heat oven to 375°. Mix flour, cocoa and baking soda into small bowl. In large bowl, beat 1 cup sugar, brown sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs. Beat well. Add flour mixture. Blend well. Shape 1 tablespoon dough around Rollo and roll into sugar. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until set or slightly cracked.
