Ingredients

  • 5 chicken breasts, double
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tubes Ritz crackers
  • salt
  • pepper
  • poppy seed
  • 2/3 c. margarine

Method

  • Cook chicken, debone and chop into bite size pieces.
  • Combine soup and sour cream.
  • Mix well.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste. Place chicken into bottom of greased casserole dish (13 x 9-inch). Top with soup mixture.
  • Melt margarine and combine with crushed Ritz crackers.
  • Add poppy seed for looks.
  • Top casserole with crumbs.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes (covered).
