- 1 1/2 lb. venison
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef (lean) or 3 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 lb. shredded cheese (Mexican is good)
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken rice soup
- 1 to 2 c. enchilada sauce (hot or mild)
- 1 pkg. tortillas
Method
- Brown meat and onion in large skillet.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
