- 1 can beef consomme
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. rice
- mushrooms
Method
- Boil a piece of fresh ham or Boston butt in water.
- When it is almost done, turn heat to low and let water cook out.
- Let meat brown, turning often.
- When meat is brown, pour a small amount of water over meat.
- Use this liquid to cook rice.
