Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 medium bunch celery
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 envelope Lipton chicken noodle soup
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 4 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. toasted almonds, chopped
Method
- Cook sausage; drain off all fat and crumble.
- Finely chop onion, celery and green pepper and saute in small amount of sausage fat until limp, but not brown.
