Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. dehydrated parsley
- 2 c. milk
- 1/3 c. Wesson oil
- 1 small chopped onion
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne or red pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
Method
- Mix together all ingredients except rice.
- Stir in rice.
- Bake in greased casserole, covered at 325° for 1 1/4 hours until set. Uncover last few minutes to brown top.
