Ingredients
- 1 c. rice, cooked and cooled
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, diced
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles (mild)
- salt
Method
- Combine rice with cheese, sour cream and chiles.
- Season with salt.
- Put in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Serves 6.
