- 1 14 cups brown sugar
- 12 cup cooking oil
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 12 cups rhubarb (diced fine)
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 12 cup nuts
- 14 teaspoon walnut flavoring
- 2 12 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon melted butter
- 13 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour into muffin cups.
- Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of each muffin.
- Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes.
