Ingredients
- 3 c. rhubarb
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Method
- Soak together rhubarb, sugar and flour.
- Beat together eggs, milk and margarine.
- Add all together and mix, then pour into an unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
