Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 c. flour
- 4 c. diced rhubarb
Method
- Mix the sugar, eggs and oil.
- Sift together the cinnamon, salt, soda and flour.
- Add to the first mixture. Stir in the rhubarb.
- Mix and pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle on 3 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
