Ingredients
- 10 slices rye bread, crumbed
- 2 c. sauerkraut, not drained
- 6 c. ground corned beef
- 1/2 c. French dressing
- 1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. melted butter
Method
- Put half of bread crumbs in casserole.
- Add in order given, sauerkraut, corned beef, French dressing, Thousand Island dressing, mustard and Swiss cheese.
- Put the other half of crumbs on top of cheese.
- Pour melted butter over crumbs.
- Add a little more sauerkraut juice, if necessary.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 40 minutes.
