Ingredients
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. salt
- 3 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
- fresh cucumbers, sliced
- fresh onion slices
Method
- Heat first 6 ingredients until well dissolved; let cool.
- Add enough fresh cucumber slices and onions to make 7 cups.
- Mix thoroughly and put in clean sterilized jars.
- Place in refrigerator for 1 day and 1 night before eating.
- Store in refrigerator.
