Ingredients
- 2 red snapper fillets
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
Method
- Dredge fish in flour, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper, and pan fry in oil.
- Melt butter and combine with concentrate, chili, and remaining salt and pepper.
- Pour sauce over fish, garnish with parsley, and serve.
