Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 jarred roasted red pepper, drained
- 1 clove garlic, minced (about 1 tsp.)
Method
- Puree all ingredients in blender until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
