Ingredients
- 1 Whole Turnip Grated
- 3 Whole Carrots Grated
- 3 Whole Celery Stalks Grated
- 2 Cans Diced Tomatoes
- 1 TBSP Onion Powder
- 1 TBSP Garlic Powder
- 2 TSP Kosher Salt
- 2 TSP Fresh Ground Pepper
- 1 TSP Oregono
- 1 Cup Wine
Method
- Take the tomato, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregono and wine and simmer for 20 minutes, then add the grated vegetables and simmer for another 30 minutes. Can be served hot or cold.
