Ingredients

  • 1 slice bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1/2 c. cooked vegetables, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • grated or mashed vegetables (carrots, zucchini or broccoli work well)
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. cooked rice or bulgur
  • 1 tsp. brewer's yeast

Method

  • Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly in medium bowl.
  • Drop 1/2 teaspoonful at a time onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 350° for about 8 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
  • Cool to room temperature and store in airtight container in refrigerator, freeze for longer storage.
