Ingredients
- 1 slice bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1/2 c. cooked vegetables, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- grated or mashed vegetables (carrots, zucchini or broccoli work well)
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. cooked rice or bulgur
- 1 tsp. brewer's yeast
Method
- Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly in medium bowl.
- Drop 1/2 teaspoonful at a time onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 350° for about 8 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
- Cool to room temperature and store in airtight container in refrigerator, freeze for longer storage.
