- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 lb. beef, cubed
- 1 c. beef bouillon or broth
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 pkg. noodles
- 1 small onion, chopped
Method
- Melt butter in large skillet; brown the beef in the butter. Add sliced mushrooms and onions.
- Cook until onions are tender. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Add broth and tomato paste. Stir.
