Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. lemon gelatin
- 16 large marshmallows
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. hot milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 c. whipped topping
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in water. Melt marshmallows in hot milk. Combine pineapple, cheese and nuts; add gelatin. Fold mixture into marshmallows. Fold in whipped topping. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Chill until firm.
