Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup diced tomato
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1/3 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste

Method

  • Mix salad greens and ranch dressing together in a bowl until evenly coated. Add tomato, cranberries, sunflower seeds, almonds, flax seeds, sea salt, and garlic; mix well. Top with Parmesan cheese.
