Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes, baked and cooled
- 1 large shredded mild Cheddar cheese
- crumbled bacon
Method
- Peel potatoes (after baked) and slice into 1/2-inch slices. Place in casserole dish. Pour Ranch dressing over potatoes and toss to coat. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
