Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- chili powder to taste
- salt and pepper
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (chile tomatoes)
- 8 oz. medium sharp cheese, grated
- tortilla chips
Method
- Cook or steam chicken.
- Bone and cut into bite-sizes.
- Dip tortilla chips in leftover broth.
- Line a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
- Layer chicken, chopped onion, 1/2 cup of soup, salt, pepper and chili powder.
- Repeat.
- Top with grated cheese and cover with Ro-Tel.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Spicy.
