Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
- 2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. boiling water
Method
- Wash raisins and pour boiling water over them.
- Let simmer while mixing the cornstarch, sugar, salt, lemon juice and oleo. Pour this mixture over the raisins.
- Pour mixture into unbaked 9-inch pie shell and top with crust.
- Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake until golden brown.
