Ingredients

  • 1 package Tri-colored Rotini Pasta (16 Oz Package)
  • 2 whole Large Tomatoes, Diced
  • 1 whole Large Cucumber, Diced
  • 6 whole Green Onions, Chopped
  • 1 bottle Italian Dressing Of Choice (16 Oz. Bottle)

Method

  • 1. Cook pasta according to package directions, making sure that you cook it until al dente. Drain and cool.
  • 2. In a large bowl combine pasta, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, and Italian dressing. Refrigerate overnight or for at least one hour.
  • Note:
  • One red onion, finely chopped can be substituted for green onions if a stronger onion flavor is desired.
