Ingredients

  • 12 oz. rainbow pasta, cooked, drained and cooled (rotini)
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
  • 1 pkg. Good Seasons dressing (any flavor)
  • raw vegetables, cut up (such as cucumbers, carrots, celery, green pepper, raw broccoli, cauliflower and olives)
  • 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Combine pasta and vegetables; toss well.
  • Mix Italian dressing and Good Seasons powder together.
  • Pour over pasta/vegetable mix. Sprinkle cheese over salad.
  • Toss well and chill.
