Ingredients
- 12 oz. rainbow pasta, cooked, drained and cooled (rotini)
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
- 1 pkg. Good Seasons dressing (any flavor)
- raw vegetables, cut up (such as cucumbers, carrots, celery, green pepper, raw broccoli, cauliflower and olives)
- 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Combine pasta and vegetables; toss well.
- Mix Italian dressing and Good Seasons powder together.
- Pour over pasta/vegetable mix. Sprinkle cheese over salad.
- Toss well and chill.
