- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup julienne-cut carrot
- 3/4 cup julienne-cut daikon radish
- 3/4 cup julienne-cut yellow squash
- 3 tablespoons cilantro leaves
Method
- Combine dark sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and salt in a medium bowl. Add carrot, daikon radish, and yellow squash; toss. Top with cilantro leaves.
