Ingredients

  • 4 small boneless pork chops
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 1 dash seasoning salt
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Toast bread and crumble.
  • Add garlic powder, season salt, salt & pepper to taste.
  • Salt pork chops.
  • Dip in butter to coat both sides.
  • Dip in bread crumbs on both sides.
  • Lay on a non greased pan.
  • Cook for 40-45 minutes or until they are white all the way through.
