Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin, trimmed of fat
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- sugar substitute to taste
- 2 Tbsp. snipped, fresh chives
Method
- Combine garlic and olive oil.
- Rub on pork tenderloin and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.
- Grill about 20 minutes, turning often until done through.
- Mix yogurt, mustard, sugar substitute and chives.
- Serve sauce with grilled tenderloin.
