Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/3 c. sliced stuffed green olives
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed corn chips
  • 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Method

  • In large pan, brown ground beef; drain.
  • Stir in seasoning mix, water and olives; simmer 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, separate dough into 8 triangles.
  • Place triangles in ungreased 9-inch pie pan, pressing to form a crust.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 of corn chips over bottom of crust. Spoon meat mixture over crust and corn chips.
  • Spread sour cream over mixture and cover with cheese and then remaining corn chips. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
